homemade cupcakes for sale chapter 6
I answered the phone. I saw that my BFF Riley was calling me.
" Hey Riley!" I say into the phone.
" Heyo !" Riley said." Want come over?"
"ive got the babysitting job right now! Remember?"
"Oh yah! ill text you later bye !" she hung up the phone so quick i couldnt even say bye. The girls looked so tired so i asked them if they wanted to take a nap. They nodded their heads. Marisol layed down on one side of the modern sand colored couch and Ruth on the other side.
" Can you tell us a story?" Ruth asked.
" Sure!" I say. I ran up the stairs and chose a picture book from the collection. I found the book 'Amelia Bedilia's First Apple Pie' by Herman Parish. I remembered how much i used to love the series. I read the back of the book. It said this: Meet Amelia Bedelia! She's shorter and she's younger than the one you know, And her only job is having fun, But she'll make you laugh all the same!
It sounded pretty interesting to me. I ran down the stairs to the girls. They were still in the same position. I started to read. Then I was on the last sentence of the book.
" She made all our apples in the first place." I read.
I looked up.The 2 girls were asleep.
" Hey Riley!" I say into the phone.

When the girls finished their snack they asked me if they could watch some TV. I said it was okay but I told them that their mom Ms.Watson only wanted them to watch 30 min. of TV everyday. We all went to the living room. They both wanted to sit on my lap so Ruth sat on one leg and Marisol sat on the other. We watched Elmo for 30 minutes. They loved it. My phone rang right when 30 min. was over.

the florida vacation chapter 10 Not enough money
" How much does it cost?" Fiona asked. Sarah checked the price tag.
" $50.00? That is so much money !!!!! I only have $20.00." Sarah said.
" It's okay." Fiona replied. "Maybe you could buy this cute small one. It's only 10 bucks."
"No thanks its ok." Sarah responded.
" Well if you are not buying it i guess i will." Fiona said.
" Okay. i think when we go to another store ill buy something." Sarah replied .

I walked to the kitchen and put some animal crackers on 2 plates. Then she got some milk out and poured it into 2 cups. Suddenly the phone rang.I ran to get the phone. It was Ms. Watson.
" Hello this is Amanda,"
"Hello dear. Ms. Watson here. I just wanted to tell you that the book club will take 2 hours but then Samantha the host of the book club invited everyone to a nice lunch which will take about 2 more hours. Is that okay honey?"
" Yes that is fine. I have nothing to do today anyways so i can stay here with them." I said.
" That is great. Well I have to go now so bye now." Ms. Watson replied then she closed the phone. I called the girls to come to the table. She sprinted to the table. I giggled. Marisol and Ruth were still playing with dolls.

" Guys settle down . Tell me what happened." I replied. I picked up Marisol and set her on a chair. Then I picked up Ruth and set her on another chair.

" Well i was playing with my brand new doll Cathy which i got for my birthday and Ruth came and took it from my hands! " Marisol spilled it all out .
" I just wanted a turn too! She never shares!" Ruth said.
" Guys settle down. Here is what we do. Marisol maybe you can let Ruth play with the doll for 10 min. While Ruth plays you can play with her barbie. Then we switch. Now who's hungry?" I say.
"ME!" They yell all together!

A Modern Christmas Carol at Hancock Church

The kids from Lexington, MA in a one-time performance of a modern Christmas Carol, at the Hancock Church. My two granddaughters were in the show. You would recognize them. Daria was in the choir, very formally dressed, with white shirt and tie, all that stuff. As for Bianca, she was also in the play: look for the young lady with furry boats. I'm wondering whether May, Bianca's good friend, was not in the play, too. It seem to me that she was, the girl with a very open smile (wait a little: all of them had open smiles, so... okay, one of them).
